Not too sure atm but the track conditions were diffrent between the races its nothing to do with rocky roads its because the uci decided to charge them alot of money to be able to film them and that added with the extra costs of the cameras etc etc it all adds upp and they just cant afford it He done it for all of them this year and i doubt he will do it next year as there will be a high chance of no freecaster
